**About the Company**

Our client is well established supplier, designer and manufacturer of Office Furniture with a focus on quality, innovative design and customer service. Catering for both small and large organisations, our clients projects can range from 5K to 500K + supplying office furniture from either an extensive in-house range through to custom design and build. Their client base covers all industry sectors including large corporate entities, executive, government, retail, health, mining and small to medium business.

Due to an increase in business activity, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team.

**About the Role**

As a Sales Representative your main focus and responsibility is to increase business by winning new clients and projects by generating leads through to getting the sale over the line.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Representative includes;
- **Cold Calling**: Identifying targets and cold calling via phone and face to face
- **Client Inquiries**: Taking all potential client inquiries & getting information on what client is seeking
- **Lead Generation Services**: Using 3rd party lead generation services to identify viable leads, tenders and opportunities
- **Product Knowledge / Technical Sales**: Providing clients with technical knowledge on our clients extensive product range and capabilities
- **Quotations**:Creating detailed Quotes that include Bill of Materials, Office Plans & Designs, E-Brochures of Product Lines
- **In-House Collaboration**: Working closely with in-house team members in order to complete quotes or address client inquiries or installation schedules across -Design, Marketing, Scheduling, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance & Administration
- **Industry Intelligence**: Keeping up to date with any changes or developments within the industry
- **In-house CRM**: Using our clients extensive in-house CRM to organise your daily Sales activities through to identifying potential leads
- **Networking**: Generating leads through industry events, social media and inhouse events
- **Established Network**: Utilising your industry specific network which you have built over your career
- **Tenders**: Sourcing, completing and submitting tenders
- **Research**:Using web, print media and social media to identify leads and decision makers
- **Reporting**: Creating Sales Reports such as - Sales Activity, Sales Pipeline, Submitted Quotes & Invoiced projects that have been paid in full

In order to generate leads and win projects, the ground work you put in is essential. As with all Sales Representative roles you will be required to maintain a good balance between the office based responsibilities such as general administration, maintaining the CRM and preparing detailed quotes and tenders through to sales orientated responsibilities such as cold calling, attending sales meetings and negotiating deals.

We are seeking an experienced, Sales Representative or similar that has specific sales experience in either of the following niche industries;
- **Office Furniture - Supply or Manufacture**:

- **Office Fitout**:

- **Cabinet Making & Installation**:

- **Architectural or Interior Design**:

- **Residential & Commercial Furniture**

You will have advanced Business Administration skills in order to carry out the administrative duties of the role across all areas, such as word processing, database and CRM management, document control, systems & procedures, budgets, contract interpretation and reporting.

**Remuneration**

This is a permanent role and depending on key factors such as;
- **Experience in Office Furniture - Supply or Manufacture**:

- **Experience as a Sales Representative**:

- **The extent of your established network**

The salary range will between
- **Base: $75,000 to $85,000 Per Annum**:

- **+ Super**:

- **+ Company Vehicle **(Office Based - Use from Car Pool)
- **+ Company Phone & Laptop**:
