Exchange Depot is an Australian owned and operated company, dedicated to achieving a positive environmental and social impact by working with the Governments, Container Deposit Scheme, Containers for Change.

We are proud to be running a variety of collection services such as Over the Counter Refund Points (depots), Bag drops and Commercial pick-up options all supporting change for the environment, communities, and charities.

**Position description.**

As a customer service representative, you will be the front face of Exchange Depot and the Containers for Change scheme.

You will be a customer service star who genuinely enjoys putting a smile on the faces of our customers whilst creating a reason for them to return.

You will be part of a team, who enjoy working together whilst creating a positive change for the environment and our community.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will have a genuine passion for customer service.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, having some fun whilst getting the job done.
- You don’t mind getting your hands dirty to ensure that our depots and sorting equipment are clean.
- You can spot a safety hazard and react to it, ensuring we continue to provide a safe workplace for our team, customers and community.

**Skills and attributes**
- A genuine passion customer service.
- Passion for recycling and the environment.
- Be physically fit.
- A forklift license is an advantage but not essential.

**Salary**: From $29.04 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
