**The Opportunity**
Join our Australian Steel Markets business in our **Customer Service Team**as an** Account Coordinator**based in **Forrestfield WA**for a **12-month fixed-term contract.**
In this dynamic role, you will be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of valued customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery. You will gain invaluable exposure working across multiple business streams and stakeholders where you can grow your professional knowledge with an iconic Australian company.
**What Will You Do?**
In this varied role, you will:
- manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
- work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

- experience within a customer service environment
- sound experience with relationship management and conflict resolution
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- expertise with various digital platforms, open to dynamic process and system changes
