We are seeking Customer Service professionals to work in several branches of one of Asutralian's favorite Bank. If you are willing to learn,motivated, have full working rights and have your own vehicle and are willing to drive to several branches within Brisbane CBD/Inner suburbs than this Job is for you.
Fantastic opportunity for multiple new team members to be based in the Brisbane branches for a top 4 bank My clients are looking for casuals to join their Brisbane branches as a float customer service officer.
Entry level role - Casual
- Good to have banking /corporate experience but not required
- $34.33/ Hour plus super
- 12 months opportunity that could go perm/extending
- Location Brisbane city and surrounds (will be mostly based in South Brisbane after training is over)
- Must be willing to travel to the different branches
- applicants will **need to have their own vehicle** (mandatory)
- Travel around inner Brisbane area
- Full working rights = **PR or AUS Citizen only**
Training will be 4 weeks - 1 week at each different branch to get to know teams and different branches, previous customer service experience is preferred however this is a junior role so McDonalds and retail exp is OK.
This is a casual role up to 30 hours a week and you may be required to work more hours depending on business needs.
Preference will be working 3 full days per week 9 to 5 (weekdays of your choice no weekend work) but our client is flexible and open to 5 days part-time school hours as well.
Additional information:
- No banking experience required but Banking/Corporate Customer Service experience is advantageous
- Open to any kind of customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships across the branches and other internal/external stakeholders
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail

- Day-to-day processes: full cash service, ATM concierge, building basic knowledge on products
- Rostering will be planned out in advance, but there will be some unplanned leave to cover (ad hoc)
- 4 weeks of training (1 week spent in one branch)
- Support will be provided at the start - buddying up with an experienced team member
- E-academy training (online).
