We're seeking eight highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in the heart of Brisbane CBD. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Customer Service
- Registering and supporting clients with registration of claims
- Supporting clients with premium enquiries
- Record information accurately
- Work together with all groups to ensure seamless customer service delivery

**About you**
We're looking for someone who has experience in customer service, insurance, or high-volume processing in a customer-focused environment. You should also possess well-developed interpersonal skills, be able to manage high-volume calls, and have excellent customer experience skills.
- Previous administrative / customer service in insurance and high-volume processing in a customer-focused commercial insurance environment and/or a call centre environment will be highly regarded
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to develop rapport and interact with customers and others
- Ability to manage high-volume telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Highly developed customer experience skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and actively contribute to a team environment
