
Administrator Officer

Looking for a Administration Officer to help build and maintain relationships with both our external and internal customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organisational service targets are met.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Handle telephone enquiries, provide advice and assistance and take appropriate action whilst providing excellent levels of service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Processing sales orders in a timely manner and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with Manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Provide logistics support to navigate various shipping requirements with domestic and international transactions.
- Communicate with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional and timely manner
- Assist in processing sample stock and promotional orders
- Provide sales support to Senior Management and the sales team which may include tracking sales leads, setting up new projects, preparing quotes, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.
- Generating reports for customers, contractors and management through internal systems as well as EXCEL
- General office duties and administrative support
**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:
- 2+ years of Customer Service / Administrative experience
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in business administration or related discipline
- Computer literacy, IT Skills and proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to build partnering relationships with customers and colleagues
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
- A bubbly and helpful personality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00 - $74,973.00 per year
