Tuffman Tail Lifts is a locally owned, owner operated manufacturing and service business based in Bayswater North. Operating since 2017, Tuffman Tail Lifts has a well-equipped workshop from which we manufacture, service and install our range of Tuffman, Bär-Cargolift and Tieman Tail Lifts, both locally and throughout Australia.
Tuffman Tail Lifts is looking to employ a new office administrator who also supports the sale of tail lifts and spare parts. We offer a friendly, team based work environment.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Creating invoices for customers.
- Ordering from suppliers to maintain stock numbers.
- Keeping on top of bills and office supplies.
- Able to use Microsoft 365 and adequate computer skills.
**Skills Preferred**:
- Communication skills including conflict resolution and friendly manner.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Team orientated approach.
- Proactive and shows initiative around the workplace.
- Use of Xero and Hubdoc in the workplace.
**Work Experience**:
- Some office experience required.
- Background in mechanical industries preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
