Brice Australia is seeking an energetic, highly motivated administrator for their busy Bayswater office. An ability to learn quickly and cope with the demands of a busy office is essential.
Brice Australia requires a self-motivated individual to support the administration team and carry out general administrative duties. The suitable applicant must have a high level of English language skills both written and spoken and be able to deliver professional customer service. A sound knowledge of OH&S practices would be an advantage. Must be proficient in Word, Office, Outlook and excel.
Supported by a professional and highly experienced administration team this role is ideal for an individual with a minimum of 5 years administrative experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Administration support for the technical and sales team.
Processing customer orders, preparing sales quotes and invoicing.
Maintaining and updating client information and data entry.
General office duties including managing daily correspondence including emails and phone calls.
Brice Australia is looking for a hard-working individual with a bright personality and a 'can-do attitude'. Full training will be provided. All applicants must have an eye for detail excellent computer skills and touch type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
