We have a vacancy for a back-office administration / order processing / fulfillment role.

This is a contract opportunity, of 12 months full time work with the possiblity of a securing a permanent full time position You will be working in an excellent team environment

Duties Involved:

- Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
- Monitors delivery dates, initiates deliveries and manages backorders with proactive escalation as required
- Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system etc.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
- Processes, validates and confirms customer orders in SAP system
- Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
- Manages the logistics and transport mode with the customer in cooperation with the Supply Chain network including factory, freight forwarders and warehouse services
- Actively contributes to the ideas and implementation of productivity and customer experience improvement initiatives

- Flexible and reliable in their approach to work
- Previous **SAP experience would be a bonus,** but not essential (the client is willing to teach on the job for the right person)
- Have **order management, order processing or logistics** experience
- Have the right attitude - a must - your attitude will be your success
- Excellent computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Bayswater, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Data Entry: 2 years (preferred)
