**The Opportunity**

**The Accountabilities**
- Coordinating the entire lifecycle of the Stream and projects, including developing and maintaining project documents and schedules, coordinating project meetings and workshops, program resource management
- Organising meetings, preparing meeting presentations, taking minutes of the meeting and completing regular program/project status reporting
- Establishing systems and procedures to guide work and track progress and strive for excellence and continually evaluate progress, and effectively overcome barriers to achieve outcomes
- Tracking, forecasting, and reporting information on program progress, including metrics and challenges
- Providing administrative support to the Senior IT Project Manager and project team as required

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator supporting technology projects
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical talk to non-technical stakeholders
- Superior analytical skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
