**Essence of the Role**:
The requirement of the role is to effectively support the Project Managers in partnership across multiple projects running concurrently. Assist in all administration, document control and distribution processes, budget tracking, subcontractor engagements, subcontractor and supplier invoice processing, variation management, and financial management of the Project within the project tracker.
This role is a 9-month fixed term contract.
- Supplier Management
- onboarding new suppliers, issue & manage Purchase Orders and Payments of invoices
- Dealing with building permits and council interactions
- Assist with various works contracts and reporting with the projects & legal team
- Procurement updates
- Project budget & variations against each project.
- Defects reporting and completion follow up in a timely manner in conjunction with the Project Managers

**Key Capabilities**:

- Highly organised
- Strong Administrative skills; including written & verbal communication, reviewing quotations, tracking and managing costs/budgets
- An understanding of basic trade knowledge
- Project Planning skills - ability to track and manage key deliverables to achieve schedule to support every project.
- Attention to detail - evaluate documentation, quotations, and specifications
- The ability to create good internal and external relationships within various functions for coordination and reporting of Projects
