The Arnotts Group is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team based in North Strathfield. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating our Graduate Program yearly and also working closely with the P&C Operations Lead on a range of exciting projects and processes.
**Key responsibilities**:
**Graduate Program Management**
You will work closely with the TA & EC Manager to activate all elements of the program
- from the recruitment drive, through to onboarding and ongoing program management. Accountabilities include:
- Assisting in implementing the graduate engagement strategy
- Coordinating and facilitating Graduate inductions
- In partnership with internal key stakeholders, coordinate university engagement activities
- Coordinating the updating of online marketing collateral for annual graduate campaigns
- Liaising with Talent Management team to refresh the Graduate L&D playlist on GrowthHub (our e-learning platform)
- Coordinating L&D activities with the graduates such as Lunch & Learn sessions
- Track graduates progress and prepare relevant reports
- Facilitating myPGT for the graduates including OKR’s, year-end activities and cross functional projects
- Coordinate and assisting the facilitation of the Graduate Buddy program
**P&C Operations**
The P&C Operations team spans payroll, technology, data management, policies and processes. You will work closely with the P&C Operations Lead on a range of projects and processes in the technology and process arena to improve the employee experience. Samples include**:
- Participating in the onboarding project, to establish online onboarding through SuccessFactors
- Documenting and improving processes
- Management of the P&C inbox (first port of call for all enquiries)
- Maintain the Sharepoint site of P&C policies
**Ingredients to be successful**:
- 2 years minimum experience in an HR role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great relationship building skills
- Collaborative team player
- Some exposure to an HR information System is an advantage
