We are seeking to appoint a **Sales Specialist - Surgical Endoscopy & Customer Solutions (QLD**) responsible for managing and developing an existing territory and portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Surgical Endoscopy & Customer Solutions, you can expect to be involved in educating, promoting, and driving sales of our Surgical Endoscopy & Customer Solutions portfolios across Queensland. You will be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and growing the visibility of our products in your territory.
In addition, you will:
- Achieve sales results from the territory versus monthly budgets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer base making up the territory and have in place an updated territory plan at all times.
- Prepare weekly sales visits and ensure future activities are planned well in advance.
- Prepare weekly activity reporting and territory sales forecasts.

**What we are looking for**:
You are a seasoned Capital sales professional with the ability to work towards and execute long term goals. You are motivated to succeed, pivot when challenges are presented and thrive working toward targets. Coupled with your sales experience you will be engaging and ready to delight our customers. In addition, you possess:
- Proven field sales / account management experience within medical devices.
- Solution-selling skills and be able to quickly build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Highly developed presentation skills, ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Nursing or Health will be highly regarded.
