The Role:

As a Sales Specialist at Pneumatic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This is a newly created position, offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to shape and implement sales processes, strategies, and initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives across both traditional and online channels
  • Build appropriate sales processes and ensure efficient utilisation of current CRM
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
  • Provide monthly reporting on sales performance and forecasts to the Managing Director

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of industry products, market trends, and customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with MYOB Advanced and Phocas (highly regarded)
