**The role**

This role is critical in providing expert TA planning, support and delivery to IAG's Technology, Strategy, Innovation and Underwirting portfolio. This role requires an experienced recruitment professional adept at managing stakeholders expectations whist rallying the team to deliver to consistent volumes trans-tasman. This role will indirectly Lead a small team of recruitment consultants in delivering key recruitment services to business stakholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach, support, empower, and mentor talent acquisition consultants, providing day to day operational guidance and leadership
- Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services to business division
- Identifying, opportunities for optimisation, simplification, standardisation and automation
- Create effective and proactive solutions for senior stakeholders’ recruitment needs including creation of talent pipelines and succession planning
- Proactive partnership within HR Business Partners, providing/gathering insights and recruiting trends
- Create and deliver Talent Acquisition plan that is specific to your Divisional portfolio ensuring alignment to Talent Acquisition, group and divisional strategies and people plans
- Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion in talent practices
- Strong experience in providing Insights, Analytics and Reporting to business units
- Ensure compliance with relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a talent acquisition or HR role
- A minimum of 2 years in a Lead position assisting and leading indirect or direct reports
- Resource, demand management and negotiation skills
- Strong experience in liaising and consulting with Senior Stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in order to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to utilise data and reporting to enable data driven insights
