**The Role**

Reporting into a supportive HR Leader, the Talent Acquisition Manager will sit within the growing P&C team with a focus on building TA strategy and driving best practice recruitment for the business. This role will see you work closely with the key stakeholders to develop, build and grow the talent acquisition with genuine autonomy and backing from leadership. A passion for coaching, process improvement and strategic projects, you will oversee 2 direct reports within TA and utilise your love of talent acquisition in this ambitious and fast growing business.

**The Duties**
- Build, develop and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy including workforce planning and diversity & inclusion
- Work and coach with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies for each position
- Lead and manage 2 direct reports driving best practice recruitment and talent acquisition
- Review and improve current processes and systems to support business growth
- Work closely with the people team and leadership team to build a strong and compelling employer brand in the market
- Recruit, retain and engage an effective Talent Acquisition team through a culture of excellence, training and recognition
