In this role, you will set and execute the strategy that ensures we attract, engage, and retain the best people. Partnering with leaders across all regions to understand their talent needs, design recruitment processes that scale, and champion an exceptional candidate experience.
Naturally, you'll also be a thought leader in the market—bringing insights on emerging trends, employer branding, and diversity hiring—while rolling up your sleeves to lead our hiring efforts.
What You'll Do
Lead & Evolve Strategy: Design and deliver a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with our growth ambitions.
Partner Globally: Collaborate with leaders across multiple regions to forecast needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Employer Brand: Shape and strengthen our employer brand to attract world-class talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class recruitment journey from first contact to offer to help develop talent strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing candidate experience.
Global mobility: Develop an internal mobility approach and build succession planning across core roles
Hiring Manager Enablement: Train and guide leaders in effective interviewing and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices across all regions and levels.
Data & Insights: Use analytics to drive smarter, data-led hiring decisions and continuously improve.
Hiring: This is a full 360 role, briefing, sourcing, screening, assisting in interviews when required and managing candidate experience through to offers.
Amplify Through Technology: Adopt AI and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and decision-making, reducing time-to-hire while improving candidate quality and experience.
Key skills required
- Proven experience leading global recruitment strategies in high-growth, technology or international organisations.
- Strong track record of hiring.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
- Confident with data-driven decision-making and talent acquisition technology.
- Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
- Previous experience with people partnering with Technology stakeholders is highly regarded.
- Strong talent network to connect with people within our industry and build our future talent pipeline.
