Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, we have an incredible opportunity for permanent Executive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People& Culture team at Allianz Australia. This role will see you lead the design and execution of AAL’s Executive Talent Acquisition approach, underpinned by our Diversity& Inclusion Strategy to support the achievement of Allianz’s business strategy.
About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of the Executive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to Allianz’s leadership needs and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive stakeholders to deeply understand strategic talent needs.
- Partner with People& Culture Business Partners and senior leaders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop strong talent pipelines that reflect AAL's diversity objectives and employer branding.
- Implement a robust executive assessment and selection process aligned to Group standards and AAL’s leadership framework.
- Collaborate with Diversity& Inclusion to embed inclusive hiring practices.
- Work with the Reward and Performance team to ensure effective executive remuneration strategies.
- Manage third-party search partners, ensuring compliance, value for money, and performance outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic projects including redeployment, business mobilisation, and EVP initiatives.
- Stay current with best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.

About you
- Experience in a similar executive search role within complex, global matrix organisations (preferably Financial Services and or Insurance).
- Proven ability to design and deliver strategic and tactical recruitment plans.
- Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of contemporary talent acquisition methodologies and diversity strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, trust-building, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive change.
- Commitment to Allianz’s D objectives and inclusive leadership principles.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
