Our people are our greatest asset to deliver on our strategy and help bring confidence to all of life’s property decisions.There is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead, to take ownership of the design and delivery of our talent attraction strategy and execution in an exciting transformation of our talent operating model.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organisational Development you will lead the Talent Acquisition team as well guide the outcomes of a newly shaped vendor partnership.

This will see you:

- Translate the strategic workforce plans into a consistent and scalable group wide talent acquisition strategy to enable your team’s pipelines and access to talent
- Support the best practice sourcing and end to end recruitment through an augmented provider for Domain’s Technology, Product and Data roles

**Who are you?**
- Have worked in a variety of Talent Acquisition Operating Models and have an understanding of what good looks like and how lead teams to deliver excellence to our stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that drive organisational outcomes
- Proficiency in data analysis for leveraging recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness and performance of talent acquisition strategies
- Experience creating deep alignment with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Previous experience supporting a Technology, Product and Data portfolios will be beneficial
