**The Role**

Want to be an integral part of reviewing and optimising IAG’s Contingent Labour recruitment experience? Well now’s your chance....

First and foremost, your role is to ensure consistent delivery to customers on their specific Contingent Labour recruitment needs within the agreed timeframes. This component of the role is critical in building trust with your stakeholders and attracting the best talent for your customer’s requirements. You will work in unison with your Talent Acquisition and Contractor Management peers to ensure that the process, tools and approach to Contingent Labour recruitment is understood and adhered to; whilst constantly seeking improvement and educational opportunities for the benefit of all.

This role is not for the faint hearted; You will need to be expertly planned as you will be constantly juggling multiple concurrent recruitment processes on top of the need to carve out the time to elevate your thinking to focus on building the future ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing multiple concurrent recruitment requests end to end in partnership with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders through efficient and customer centric services, ensuring that the recruitment process and policy is adhered to.
- Completing a full review of Contingent Labour recruitment function ensuring that compliance is maintained and identifying opportunities to simplify, mitigate risks and create efficiencies.
- Development of FY22 Contingent Labour recruitment strategy, options and plan focussing on how we might create a harmonised process and approach to Contingent Labour recruitment across IAG.
- Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services to business divisions through proactive partnership and consultation
- Critically observing and identifying, opportunities for optimisation, simplification, standardisation and automation of processes, practices and systems
- Create effective and proactive solutions for senior stakeholders’ recruitment needs including creation of talent pipelines and succession planning
- Provide employment market expertise, sharing insights and providing recommendations
- Develop and deliver on talent engagement plan for business division, translating and sharing stakeholders’ business and strategy
- Coach, support, empower, and mentor talent acquisition consultants, providing day to day operational guidance and leadership developing consultant capability
- Proactive partnership within HR Business Partners, providing/gathering insights and recruiting trends
- Map, plan, and deliver on initiatives ensuring alignment to HR strategy
- Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion in talent practices
- Strong experience in providing Insights, Analytics and Reporting to business units

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior work experience within a Talent Acquisition position with an understanding of both Permanent & Contingent Labour.
- Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experienced in process review and optimisation work.
- Proven experience in the delivery of contingent resources across Technology, HR, Legal and Finance
- A minimum of 2 years in a Lead position assisting and leading indirect or direct reports
- Resource, demand management and negotiation skills
- Vendor and partner relationship skills, setting and managing SLA’s
- Strong experience in liasing and consulting with Senior Stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in order to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to utilise data and reporting to enable data driven insights
- Demonstrated ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
