Opportunity for Defence Bid Manager in Adelaide or Melbourne

**Your new role**
To lead the bid team in the development and delivery of quality proposal prior to bid deadline in accordance with the Winning Business Process.

**What you'll need to succeed**
It is Essential that you have:

- Formal Qualifications in relevant engineering, science or business degree or relevant experience in the management and conduct of projects in the relevant domain.
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff within a team environment and to foster cooperation within and between teams.
- Proven ability in internal and external customer liaison.
- Experience in producing and reviewing tender, project and contractual documentation.
- Demonstrated scheduling and planning skills.
- Project financial management.

It is Desirable that you have:

- Track record of managing successful tender submissions.
- Experience in the development of bids in the relevant domain.
- Experience with ASDEFCON tendering (for AU Defence tenders only).
- Experience in the management of bids within Saab’s Winning Business Process.
- Shipley Winning Proposal and Winning Executive Summary courses.
- Experience in the military Land and Aerospace domains.
