As the Bid Specialist, you will join the National Bid Management team and assist in the preparation of materials to support winning tenders. A highly organised professional, you will possess a high level of attention to detail. The Bid Specialist will work closely with the Bid Manager and Bid Writer on key opportunities across all portfolios including long term strategic deals.
- **Nature of position**:Permanent, Full Time (hybrid)
- **Location**: Melbourne or Adelaide (preferred but not mandatory)
- **Reporting Line**: National Manager, Bids Management

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Has an integral role within the Bid Management process. Primarily, you will support the development of winning responses to EOIs, ROIs, RFPs and RFTs.
- Supports all aspects of tender and proposal submissions including editing, writing, graphics production, maintaining response templates, and co-ordination activities.
- Provides general administrative support to the Bid Management team.
- Coordinates, maintains and enhances bid collateral and manages the bid library.
- Works collaboratively with Bid Managers and Subject Matter Experts to review and edit tender responses that clearly answer the question.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer) is highly desirable, but not mandatory. We will offer extensive training for the right applicant.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Is able to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines.
- Is able to work under deadline pressure and prioritise tasks, while also adapting to changing priorities.
