As a Bids & Proposals Partner, you can be based from any of our Australia-wide offices

You will report to the Strategic Pursuits Manager and play a key role in driving capture plans and bids, specifically within our key Environment and Energy projects in multidisciplinary teams, developing a deep understanding of business development needs and the opportunity pipeline, and effectively managing projects while balancing sales insights and strategic objectives.
**Job Description** What will a day in this role look like**:

- Leading and managing stakeholder groups, ensuring accountability and driving collaboration throughout the process
- Coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations
- Keep the bid teams on schedule to produce high quality documents within tight timeframes
- Communicating, running capture plan sessions, and presenting to leadership.
- Be based from any of our Australia-wide offices

**Qualifications** What are we looking for from you?**

You are a self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude who is capable of demonstrating:

- Ideally 4-10 years Bids and Proposals experience, preferably within a professional services employer
- Proactive and motivated with a drive to enhance bid success and achieve exceptional results.
- Effective communicator with a strong background in running capture plan sessions and presenting to leadership.
- Experienced in coordinating and managing bids, including developing bid schedules, formatting documents, and setting clear deliverables.
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
