Here at Melbourne Hospitality People, we're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager position at one of our busy beachfront venues, Republica.
Please note, this position is for the right candidate who has experience in bar and floor

Duties Include
Plan, Organize, Coordinate and direct staff members to appropriate tasks pertaining to the shift/event/role

  • Providing excellent Food and Beverage service
  • Training to increase the skills of junior staff members
  • Assist in the rostering of each shift
  • Setup and/or pack down procedures followed.
