**Job Description**:
We are looking for Bar Tenders to join our team at Republica in St Kilda for a NEW YEARS EVE EVENT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Bar Tender
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be over 18
