**TPCM** is seeking a highly organised
**Operations**
**Administrator **to join us to assist with mobilisation duties and payroll tasks for our team.

This Casual role will be based in our new and modern Welshpool office.

We recognise that not all people follow the same career path, so we’d love to hear from you if you’ve got a set of skills that you believe will enable you to take on this critical position with TPCM.

**Your role will include but not be limited to**:

- Reporting to Business Manager
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Customer Invoicing and Receipting
- Processing and filing of paperwork
- Supplier Payments and Expenses
- Processing of Payroll

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience assisting with payroll functions
- A great, positive attitude and flexible approach to change
- Software skills: Office 365, MYOB
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Generalist administration skills
- Efficient time management

**TPCM is a service provider to the mining and resource sector in the Pilbara. We specialise in high pressure & high temperature cleaning for structural inspection services of civil and mining earthmoving equipment. Demand for our services has grown, and so TPCM’s site-based and mobile field service teams need to grow, which is where you come in.**
