**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **HR Manager** to join our vibrant team. This is a pivotal role in our organization, where you will be instrumental in shaping the HR landscape and fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HR Manager, you will be the backbone of our human resources department, leading strategic initiatives and ensuring that our HR practices support our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
