**About our role**:
Reporting to the site manager we are now seeking a HR Manager to join our Beverages and Milk division based in South Brisbane, this role is responsible for looking after three sites, **South Brisbane, Nambour and Richlands **and has one direct report.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Interpreting relevant industrial instruments and legislation to provide effective IR service and advice to line management.
- Interact, approach and provide effective HR/IR services as required to all operational employees within the three sites.
- Negotiate the Site Enterprise Agreements.
- Mentor and coach line managers in relation to performance management issues, site engagement, relevant training.
- Responsible to run and operate all recruitment end-to-end.

**About you**:

- You understand the value in being based at the manufacturing site and ensuring all staff are engaged and aligned on process'
- Proven HR experience showcasing leadership, conflict resolution, influential charm, relationship building fines with at least 3-5 years experience
- Prior exposure to either FMCG, a fast paced environment and/or a blue collar workforce preferable
- Sound experience with IR/AR and EBA negotiations
