Organisational change manager/analyst role within a renowned hospital in central Melbourne

**Your new role**
The HRIS project will implement a system to replace and build upon existing HR systems and business processes. To achieve the best possible outcome for the Hospital the project will need the experience and expertise of a Change Manager to ensure that the integration of the new software into the day-to-day operation of the Hospital is achieved.
The HRIS - Change Manager is a key role in ensuring that the project meets is objectives. The role will focus on the people and communications side of the change, including the analysis of processes, system and technology use, roles and organisational structures.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant knowledge of the requirements and operation of Human Resources Information Systems and a sound understanding of operational processes in the People and Culture function
- Stakeholder Engagement - working effectively with existing People & Culture and Communications team
- Experience in the implementation of a large complex information system (preferable a HRIS)
- Development of project documentation including Change Management Plan, Business Readiness Assessment, Benefits Realisation
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Computer literacy including the use of common workplace software.
- Skilled agent of change, able to handle broad change with incremental benefits realisation.
- Qualifications in Business / HR / technology or communications or combination of relevant qualification and equivalent experience
