**Position Overview**:
BGIS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Facilities Coordinator **to join our team based in **Edinburgh, South Australia **. The Facilities Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management services in support of our client's needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including procurement of goods and services, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations, expenditures, and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Australian Citizenship required.**:

- Previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
