**OUR TEAM**

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

**YOUR ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Safety, Security & Systems Coordinator** to join our team at Edinburgh. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality management systems while supporting the depot’s operations.

You will play a key role in maintaining adherence to legislative requirements, managing risks, and fostering a culture of safety and security within the organisation.

Based on the Edinburgh RAAF base, on Kaurna land, your role purpose will be:

- Implement and manage safety and security practices in accordance with Major Hazard Facility (MHF)
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures for safety and security
- Investigate safety or security breaches and provide detailed reports to management
- Manage contractor operations, including inductions, work permits, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Maintain accurate records for audits related to safety, security, and business services
- Support environmental management plans and ensure facilities meet contractual requirements

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent experience
- Ability to identify and assess risk and deliver training programs
- Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience within a warehousing, logistics and/or logistics industry would be highly desirable
