Sales Manager

Major responsibilities:
- Communications and relationships with customers, for sales, financing, marketing, delivery, service and training etc
- Assist with business and financial strategy and planning, through monitoring, management and reporting. Contribute to formulation of policy and sales strategy for Australia
- Support new business development and assist with input on New Product Development
- Participation on Australian industry organisations, i.e. CICA
- Other areas of responsibilities (direct or indirect), import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, product design registrations, major supplier/customer/partner relationship and other items as assigned.
- Other duties assigned
Job requirement:
- Associate degree in Sales Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Min 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- A broad sales background in crane equipment field will be an added advantage, although it is not essential
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Travel to assigned countries and states to keep continual contact with customers
