Our client is a long established dealership group. They are seeking to appoint a New Car Sales Manager for one of their iconic brands, this is a hands on Sales Manager role and will incorporate fleet sales. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant looking to step up.. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere and the opportunity to earn an excellent income.

Applicants for this position must be or have previous dealership experience as a New Car Sales Manager, assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant ready for their next career step. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have strong selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. Previous fleet sales experience will be highly regarded.

Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer, super, commission structure and car or car allowance. This role is based on a rotating 10 day fortnight, the dealership is closed on Sundays.
