About us

Sapphire Estate Agents is a multi-award-winning real estate group. We are growing our House & Land / Project Sales division in Blacktown and need a hands-on Sales Manager to lead from the front.

About the role

You will run the division day to day, guide a small team, and manage sales across multiple estates and projects. You will set targets, coach the team, and drive consistent results while maintaining strong relationships with builders and developers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and hold a sales team to clear targets
  • Manage relationships with builders, developers, and referral partners
  • Plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and settlement
  • Report on pipeline and performance, and implement growth initiatives
  • Represent Sapphire at launches, displays, events, and networking

What you'll bring or expecting:

  • Minimum 2 years in house and land or project sales
  • Proven sales results and steady team leadership
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills will be highly regarded
