**Sales and Account Manager** This is a hands-on sales and account management role focused on: - Selling to and setting up new accounts i.e. retail shops - Managing relationships with existing clients - Developing innovative new sales strategies - Keeping retailers up-to-date with products and prices - Providing merchandising support You will be engaging, have effective communication skills and the ability to "cold enter" a flooring showroom without introduction, and pitch our products. You will need to figure out how to make existing accounts prioritise selling our products over other wholesalers. You will work directly with the founder to set sales targets and work together with the founder to meet those targets.
