As the Time Capture Lead, you will be responsible for managing Time Capture and system activities to ensure accurate and compliant data is sent to Payroll for processing. You will work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk/audit management and business continuity strategies that are designed and implemented to maintain agreed performance standards in accordance with Service Level Agreements, legislation, policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the business and IT resources and vendor partners to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner, and requests are prioritised.
- Working with the business stakeholders to determine key business needs / requirements and ensuring appropriate options are considered for Time Capture systems.
- Managing and QA’ing delivery of minor works & enhancements within Time Capture or other integrated systems and tracking hours utilised against a pool of available discretionary effort
- Maintaining clear communication with customers, key business stakeholders and vendors
- Ensuring service providers maintain systems documentation and templates accurately and in a timely manner
- Work with peers and other SME to address high risk or non-compliant process across the business in a sustainable way.
- Drive and lead business improvement activities to ensure compliance obligations are met.
- Identify any calculation issues with the configuration/logic for the timekeeping system and analyse pay rule design for process improvements
- Stay current on internal & external policies, legal & legislative/regulatory agencies impacting time/attendance activities and analyse pay and details on employee statements to ensure compliance.
- Support EBA build team with system test cases
- Work with cross functional teams to plan, coordinate and execute various initiatives throughout the year.
- Providing input into roadmaps for Time Capture Solutions in terms of platform maintenance, DR scheduling, configuration item upgrades and enhancements, data archiving and decommissioning.
- Ensuring that IT service management processes and policies are adhered to
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and remediation.
- Remediate audit findings and execute agreed elements, including security reviews every 6 months
- Close liaison with any Time Capture based projects and proactive engagement to facilitate a smooth service transition.
- Work with designated business stakeholders & IT Service Providers to establish agreed procedures aimed at maximising system data integrity.Ensure software license usage is measured and in compliance with vendor licensing terms.

- Advanced ability to communicate clearly, concisely and appropriately both orally and in writing.

- Demonstrate initiative to work independently, accurately meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data to identify and resolve issues, well-developed problem-solving skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information and adhere to data privacy and internal compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Ability to meet key timelines for processing.
