**The Role: Security Supervisor**

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Level 5 Security Supervisor to join our team at a premier data center. In this role, you will lead a diverse group of security officers, utilising your exceptional communication, observational, and reporting skills to oversee and enhance our security operations. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the effective oversight and delivery of security services.
- You will have access to onsite parking

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Current NSW Security Licence - 1A Classification (required).
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications (required).
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisory position (desirable).
- Flexibility for a rotating roster (this will include day and night shifts over 7 days).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability to change, and commitment to ongoing training.
- Ability to assist in training and proficient computer/technology skills.
