**About the Role**
We’re on the hunt for a creative, organised and energetic **Social Content Lead** to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on, full-time role based at our Ryde office, ideal for either:
- A **Social Media Manager** experienced in managing content calendars across multiple accounts and producing engaging social content, or
- A **Junior Graphic Designer** or **Content Creator** with strong visual skills and a passion for photography/videography.
You’ll spend around 50% of your time visiting our childcare centres to capture content, with the rest of your time supporting the marketing team on content planning, campaign execution, small-scale events, and general marketing tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute content calendars across 45+ local centre Facebook/Instagram pages, plus corporate pages on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Capture authentic, high-quality photography and short-form video during regular centre visits (2-3 days per week)
- Design, edit and schedule engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and branded graphics
- Work with educators and centre managers to identify storytelling opportunities and celebrate meaningful moments
- Provide hands-on support for marketing projects such as small events, centre activations, open days and campaigns
- Coordinate marketing suppliers (e.g. photographers, printers, merch) and support internal communications
- Stay across trends in content, social media, parenting culture and early education
- Track performance and engagement, and make data-informed recommendations for improvement
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
- Strong photography and/or videography skills (bonus if you’ve used CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts and content calendars
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Enthusiasm for working with children and telling stories that inspire and engage parents
- Full driver’s license and willingness to travel to centres regularly
