We are recruiting a **Facilities Lead**, based at our Head Office in **North Ryde**, on a permanent, **Full Time** basis reporting to **General Manager - Technology, Category Management & Infrastructure.**
We are looking for an experienced leader in facilities management to come on board to oversee multiple facilities as well as the management of a wider team.
Working hours are between **8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday**, with flexible starting and finishing times.
Please note depending on operational requirements there maybe from time to time after hours and weekend work required.

**The Day to Day**
- Ensuring our facilities across NSW are maintained and operated to the highest standard whilst having oversight of all financials, policies and procedures and contract management.
- Provide advice in relation to issues including building certification and related legislative compliance.
- Ensure the delivery of project goals
- Assist the Category team with negotiating rental and lease contracts
- Develop programs and levels of service for scheduled maintenance.
- Manage preventative and planned maintenance
**Skills and Experience**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities and/or property management/services
- Experience in facilities management
- Proven management skills with the ability to build a culture of accountability and performance.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory framework relevant to property management.
- Demonstrated financial management and budgetary experience.
- Experience using contemporary property management systems
**Equipment Requirements and Employment Check Criteria**
- Work Rights - Birth Certificate or Passport
- Valid NSW Drivers C class licence
- COVID-19 Vaccination
