THE OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities for the Vision Care business unit and lead value creation discussions to capture opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement discussions based on design and generation of reports and dashboards to track and measure sales performance, KPIs, and relevant metrics.
- Conduct regular assessments of commercial operations processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Lead and develop salesforce effectiveness strategies, including sales processes, tools, training programs.
- Oversee commercial operations processes within the Vision Care business unit.
- Conduct regular assessments of commercial operations processes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead improvement of processes related to pricing, contracts, sales operations, and customer support.

**Qualifications**:
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
- Graduate degree in finance or science preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within healthcare.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and Data Warehousing skills.
- Internal and external collaboration required.
