**The Role**:
With more than 20 centers currently and a strategic plan to expand, an opportunity exists for a like-minded Accounts Payable officer to join the finance team.

You will have the opportunity to work full-time and you will have the support of perfect work/life balance and offer hybrid working conditions at your choice. In this position, you will be taking responsibility of accurate processing, assisting with creations of accounts and when required to assist in creating payments.

Working in a growing business, contributing to process improvement, policies, and procedures, your duties will include:

- Process supplier invoices through Scan & Capture
- Respond to supplier queries
- Respond to key business stakeholders queries regarding supplier invoices and payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Match supplier payments to bank transactions
- Support and load corporate card transactions
- Upload of supplier aba files

**About You**:

- Proven ability to process large volumes of transactions and invoices
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a small team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience with Netsuite, Expense Manager and Scan & Capture would be advantageous but not essential
