This company has achieved success in design, production, and installation of unique high-end commercial Christmas Decorations.
Working with major clients across the country, with a specialist focus on custom designs and efficient Installation & Dismantle.

This position requires someone who can act in all areas of administration, as well as help manage the purchase ordering & production process, making smart decisions quickly and being highly attentive to detail across all facets of the business, with a keen eye for design perfection.

**Your new role**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in areas of administration or operational production
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Preparation of quotes and tenders
- Purchase ordering
- National and international travel planning
- Procurement of stationery and office equipment
- Developing relationships and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Monitoring shipping and delivery logistics and documentation
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Social Media - Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) on a regular basis

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Design background is an advantage - Photoshop
