**Your new role**
The role is for a newly formed team within IT Infrastructure at Hays to work on multiple projects. It will initially start on a 12-month contract with the chance to go permanent at the end of the 12 months.
As a Technical Implementation Co-ordinator your day-to-day activities will be to;
- Co-ordinate the end-to-end delivery of internal infrastructure implementation projects including scheduling and resource planning.
- Attend meetings to discuss the implementation of new systems and upgrades to systems
- Document actions required to complete the implementation including actioners and key deadlines
- Create deployment plans and have them signed off by the relevant technical staff
- Co-ordinate concurrent implementations from initiation to completion
- Maintain project documents throughout the life of the project to ensure they contain accurate information
- Update IT department documentation and user guides to reflect changes to processes or procedures resulting from the project
- Highlight any changes which affect other teams to ensure the changes are communicated in line with implementation timelines
- Assist with technical implementation tasks
- Adhere to the Information Security policy (HP-016) in the project methodology
- Complete Project Manager Security Fundamentals Checklist during initial phase of the project
