Our fully integrated, end to end property business, offers a truly unique platform for all stakeholders. Macarthur Square is south west Sydney’s largest shopping destination and we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team on a casual basis.

Our Customer Service Officers represent the face of our Centre and play a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. The role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers and retailers and with contractors.

To be considered for this role you will be an exceptional communicator who demonstrates professionalism with a strong customer service focus. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of administrative activities as well as being the first point of contact for the majority of our customers.

In order to be successful, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles; specific knowledge within retail is not essential but desirable.
