BIS are now currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join our Tomago office in NSW. This role will report in to the Administration Team Leader onsite. This role will perform a variety of duties including general admin support for a variety of different departments. Hours for this position are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a career change over to mining administration.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm;
- Providing a high level of administrative support to our internal workshop teams including document control.
- Coding & entering of timesheet data into various computer systems
- Updating, raising and receipting of purchase orders, along with performing queries on unmatched invoices & purchase orders.
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Perform any other general ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Current Australian Driving License.
- An energetic, positive attitude, along with initiative and drive about their personal career progression.
- Previous work history within a administration field
- Meticulous level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities;
- The ability to pass a pre-employment functional medical including a drug & alcohol test
