Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for detail and delivering exceptional support? Ampcontrol Group is on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, working 4 days per week from our Tomago facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems that are accurate and accessible
  • Plan and organise meetings and events
  • Ensure visitors and contractors are correctly inducted and signed in with appropriate PPE
  • Enter and maintain data in the ERP, including the raising of Purchase Orders
  • Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders according to policy and procedures
  • Process timesheet data, and respond to timesheet enquiries
  • Maintain training and leave data
  • Provide administrative support to leaders and managers
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Arrange site maintenance and repairs
  • General day to day admin (filing, data entry, processing, scanning etc)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy matters. You'll be engaging with a diverse range of people, so your communication skills and professionalism will shine.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Certificate II, III or IV in Business Administration (or similar – desirable)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage your time well
  • Experience with business software and data entry (desirable)
