Administration Support Officer

We are currently seeking a proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Tomago on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this busy role will see you responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support our team.
**Key responsibilities include**:
General office coordination and reception duties
Order & maintain general supplies, stationary, water, PPE & other consumables
Arrange travel, calendar invitations & prepare rooms for meetings
Take meeting minutes
Keeping records and registers up to date
Assist in filing quality document for the contracting teams
Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment when required
Monitor & action mailboxes
Assist with maintaining NSW training records - including, electronic training records, subcontractor/ supplier records & training matrix
Assist with arranging employee training in consultation with relevant manager & monitor & follow up outstanding employee training & license records
Assist Safety Unit with monitoring and following up Managers for safety requirements including but not limited to inspections, audit actions, emergency drills & toolbox talks
Other duties as required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles
Intermediate Excel/Word skills
Experience in civil/ construction - highly regarded
A strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Effective organisational & time management skills
Good oral & written communication skills
