The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Hunter Galvanizing.

About the Role The purpose of this role is to efficiently and accurately provide administration and support to the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and the environment.
  • Accurate data entry of invoicing and creating delivery dockets
  • Receipting purchase orders
  • Data entry into Pronto
  • Accurate administration | data entry
  • Document Control
  • General administration duties

Selection Criteria

  • Have previous experience in an administration role, preferably in Manufacturing
  • Proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask, problem solve, and organise activities with good time management
  • Comfortable using computers and confident to learn any new programs quickly.
  • Have a valid driver's licence
