Executive Officer, Reform Strategy and Delivery

**As the Executive Officer you will**:

- Provide high level administrative services including management and maintenance of the Executive Director's electronic diary.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of departmental activities, services, organisational arrangements and protocols and provide advice to the Executive Director and Directors on current and emerging issues.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and accommodation requirements (as required) for RSDO including arrangements associated with high level executive meetings and conferences.
- Manage the flow of high-level corporate documents and processes including Cabinet, Parliamentary and Estimates processes.
- Liaise with departmental officers, CLLO office and executive government staff to facilitate quality outcomes and support the work of RSDO.
- Support the Executive Director and Directors with a range of tasks, including business and operational planning.
- Develop a close working relationship with the network of departmental Executive Officers to share information and promote efficient working arrangements.
- Demonstrate innovation and enthusiasm in developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing administrative systems and procedures in RSDO.
- Monitor office supplies and co-ordinate purchasing requirements.
- Other duties as directed and required.
