- To provide a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support functions to the Branch Executive Director and the Branch to support the timely delivery of business initiatives to a high quality and standard. _
**Crown Clerk 5/6**, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you will be doing**
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director will provide direct administrative assistance to the ED of SCPAM. Day to day duties will include:
- Management of ED’s calendar
- Point of contact for external requests of the ED
- Branch Administrative Support
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from NSW Health, other government agencies in NSW and Australia, and the academic and industry sectors.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptive to varied audiences
- Detail oriented work practices with focus on accuracy, rigor and pro-activity
- The ability to work in a small team with short task deadlines.
